CALVIN HARRIS IS BACK WITH ANOTHER LOVE REGENERATOR EP

Calvin Harris is back again with another Love Regenerator EP. It comes after releasing two EP’s within the last few months. Coincidentally, both titles are things we need to hear in the time of a pandemic: ‘Give Me Strength’ and ‘Peace Love Happiness’.

Unveiling his third release under the Love Generator alias, the Scottish producer pays homage to the old-school rave records. Each Love Regenerator release has covered a range of genres including breakbeats, techno, and now deep house sounds in the last few months.

‘Give Me Strength’ features a soulful vocal sample and mesmerising arpeggio to drive it forward, and ‘Peace Love Happiness’ embraces old school drum patterns, paired with an addicting melodic foundation. As an extra treat, the latter track also has an Acid version; the vocal sample is preserved and given a filthy acid bass-line with a slower tempo.

It is times like these that we find refuge in music. Love Regenerator 3 will take you back in time, reviving those old-school rave days.
