What could be better than two great tracks from three greats coming together? Well maybe stage 4 ending for Victoria, but for now, this latest mashup will do just fine.
For anyone who doesn’t know DJ Veezee, he is best known for his radio show ‘Electro Sessions’ which airs across 3 radios stations in Australia, and he has been a feature on our Family Friday segment showcasing his mixes. Fast forward to 2020, he is now moving into the world of producing and judging by the few mashups and edits he has been releasing lately, he is going to do just fine.
Today we bring you his latest edit ‘Mr. Bombardment’ and if you were already a fan of 'Mr. Navigator' by Armin van Buuren and 'Bombardement' by David Guetta and Morten, you are in for a real treat with this one.
Veezee has taken the best parts of these tracks and recreated a mashup that will have you dancing all over. The track starts with those fresh hints of Armin’s track before moving into looping vocals using all the much-loved lyrics from 'Mr. Navagator'. As it progresses you begin to hear the sweet future rave sound of 'Bombardement' and by the second drop I was hooked. This track has hard-hitting synths and takes you on a musical journey bringing forth all the best elements in these epic originals. Veezee has recreated just enough to make this track a unique one.
Now this one track that I am happy to say blew me away. Both of the tracks chosen work so well together and since its release, I have had it on repeat. I have found myself just singing it over and over again without even realising it, so it will be one that gets stuck in the head.
With the growing release of edits and mashups by Veezee, hopefully, this means that we will start to see more from the Melbourne DJ with his focus shifting more toward producing.
'Mr. Bombardment' - Veezee edit is out now for free download on Soundcloud. So what are you waiting for, support local Aussies by heading over, crank the sound and giving some feedback!
