HAS THE Q DANCE’S NUMBER 1 TRACK OF 2020 JUST BEEN RELEASED?

When three of the biggest names in the industry combine to make a track, it’s expected to be an absolute banger. Last week, Darren Styles together with TNT (Technoboy & Tuneboy) have released their long-awaited track 'DLMD'. Hardstyle fans around the world have been waiting for this track for over 6 months now, as it was teased on social media and played in sets as early as October 2019; what better time to release the track then now while we are all in isolation?! Everyone pretty much knows the track already but that didn’t change the hype of it being released as we now all have the pleasure of playing it on repeat.

The song itself has been hyped up for good reason. The deep and driving bass is high energy and unrelenting throughout the track. Its hard hitting kicks and energetic melodies have had people hooked from the moment it was first played. People around the world have been posting videos of it constantly, begging the artists to release it. I think I speak on behalf of the whole Hardstyle community when I say that the release of this song has brought pure joy and elation to everyone in a time when we need it most.

From a personal point of view, and I think this sentiment is shared by all Hardstyle fans, I believe this song will not only find itself in Q-dance's top 100 but potentially in the top 5. I would go as far as saying it could be the number 1 track of the year and it couldn’t go to more deserving artists. Individually, they have brought so much to the community, playing a part in growing hardstyle into what it is today.
