2018 and 2019 have been massive years for Australian artist Fisher, and 2020 is looking to be just as spectacular.
We’re only a few weeks into 2020, and already Fisher has announced an Australian tour, and a few days prior, he dropped his very first essential mix on BBC Radio 1, a milestone in any DJ’s career!

The pro-surfer turned music pioneer, known for his chart topping tracks ‘Losing It’ and ‘You Little Beauty’ will embark on his ‘FISHER Australian Beach Party Tour’ this March and April.
Kicking things off in Melbourne, then Perth and Wollongong, before closing out the national run at Brisbane’s Riverstage.
Joining him on the Australian tour is Australian favourite PNAU, along with German house duo Booka Shade, and UK’s Maya Jane Coles.
If one things for certain, it's that the Fish sure knows how to throw a party, and anticipate this to sell out in record time, so be sure to snap up your tickets ASAP!
The other news Fisher dropped this week, was the announcement of his BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. As we previously said, this is a milestone every dj wishes to celebrate during their career, yet this was an announcement that went under the radar, more than it should have.
We have added the essential mix below to give you a taste of what’s to come!
The 2-hour mix is definitely a journey into house heaven, with the first half consisting of some deeper cuts and favorite tracks.
Hour one features music that inspired the young Paul Fisher, including tracks by Maceo Plex, Flashmob and Jamie Jones.
Hour two comes up to date with new music from Rebüke, Will Clarke and a few IDs toward the end you’ll want to pay attention to.
Pre sale registration is open now for Fisher’s Beach Party Tour, with pre sale going live Tuesday, 4th Feb, 8am AEDT.
