Insomniac announces two Livestreams for House/Techno fans and Bassheads this weekend!

After a successful EDC Las Vegas livestream weekend, Insomniac is back to ensure the party continues, as they announce yet another virtual rave-a-thon going down this weekend. Insomniac’s famous techno and house brand Factory 93, will be going live from Saturday and on Sunday Bassrush, one of Insomniac’s sub-brands that focuses solely on bass music, will also go live at tv.insomniac.com.

Factory 93

Factory 93 is Insomniac’s house & techno brand that showcases underground dance music and culture. Factory 93 explores the intersection of untethered creativity and bold self-expression, while never taking its finger off the pulse of the underground. When Insomniac broke out its figurative bolt cutters to dismantle the lock on the warehouse scene and return to its roots, it retold the story of its origins in hosting historic parties in the streets of Los Angeles. It also gave birth to a movement where discerning heads are living on the frontlines of celebrating radical ideas through the fusion of immersive live art, cutting-edge technology, and exceptionally curated house and techno.

House and Techno fans around the world get to see Deadmau5′ techno alter ego TESTPILOT throw down a set on the stream. And not only are we getting Techmau5, but we’re also getting the legendary Erick Morillo live in the mix. The lineup doesn’t stop there. Both Lauren Lane and Patrick Topping will be bringing the groovy sounds to the comfort of your home.

The Factory 93 livestream is set to go down on Saturday 1PM AEST for us fans in Australia.

Bassrush

Hosted by Disciple Records

Bassrush is one of Insomniac’s sub-brands that focuses solely on bass music. The brand has evolved from its strictly drum & bass roots in the 90s and early 2000s to include dubstep and other bass oriented genres today. The only goal of Bassrush is to provide a platform to showcase bass music the way it should be: with huge sound systems and minimized production.

Since the label's inception in 2013, Disciple has rapidly risen to one of the leading forces in the bass music community. With a proven track record of building acts from an early stage, as well as attracting features and remixes from established acts in the community, Disciple has built a solid track record for quality control and consistency.

Joining forces with Bassrush this Saturday to present a massive livestream event featuring Virtual Riot, Barely Alive, Dirtyphonics, Eliminate, Modestep, and PhaseOne, this one is set to bring the heavyweight beats right to your homes! Stream at tv.insomniac.com this Sunday 24th May, 12pm AEST.
