Nicky Romero unleashes latest track “I See” - the leading single off his forthcoming EP.

There isn’t a thing that Nicky Romero does that isn’t lovable. With the New Year we see new beginnings, so when I heard that Nicky was releasing his latest track “I See'' as the first single off his upcoming forth EP, it's fair to say that I was beyond ecstatic!!

Now I must forewarn you, Nicky Romero is up there for me when it comes to DJ’s, you may even say that he is my number one, so I am all about the HYPE. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicky last year, and in that moment it made me love him even more. He was everything I expected him to be and just an all round nice guy.

Being the super fan that I am, I will take you on a deep review of Nicky’s latest track “I See”. Get ready, as this one is sure to leave you wanting more!

In true style, Nicky Romero has kicked off this new decade with an absolute BANGER. He first played this track at the Avicii tribute concert, where he offered fans a taste of what is to come.

The track highlights Nicky's club orientated sound and within 30 seconds of it starting, there is a drop that is just electric, from here I was HOOKED!

There is a very future house feel to this track - that real tinny future house synth can be recognised almost immediately and as it progresses, there is down driving bass lines, synth work and the percussion is absolutely infectious.

The track is not overly long, only going for 2 minutes 32 seconds, although with its very simple repetitive verse it feels like that is all it needs. The lyrics to me feel very personal and could be about someone special, or maybe that is just my take on the track and how it speaks to me when I listen!

Many have already taken to socials and YouTube showing nothing but support for the release, and who can blame them? I personally have had “I See” on repeat since it dropped, for me I love to really deeply listen to a track and I’ve been doing just that. Interpreting the melody and that popping sound just makes me smile.

So, what is next for Nicky? Hopefully we do not have to wait too long for his next release, as "I See" is just the beginning of the forthcoming “Redefine” Album that he is working on. Included with the release of his forthcoming EP will be a world tour, a 3-part documentary series, a merchandise line, and a themed website.
