Nicky Romero drops second single of the year "STAY"

This year we have already seen a taste of what is to come for the very talented Nicky Romero, with his plan to unleash a new EP later this year. Last week we saw the release of his second single "Stay" off his upcoming EP "Redefine" and I am, again, left speechless.

"Stay" sees Romero go in another direction from his first release "I See", and it is one that (I predict) will see him all over the charts.

The one thing I instantly noticed about this track is the very mellow, pop type feel to it. Throughout the track there are soft progressive drops and light instrumentals that leave you wanting more. The track features captivating vocals that instantly transport me to a warm place. My mind instantly went to a happy place and I found myself singing along with the drop of the first verse.

In true Romero form, he has taken us on a completely different journey from his last release, where we saw him produce a very club-like vibe. This track has gone in a slower direction and hits those “heart string” feels with a hint of romance.

This second single is the first of many and I am pumped to see what he brings us next, as from what we can see by his 2 releases, each track is so different from the last.
