This weekend marked a very special occasion for MaRLo and the entire team at his Reaching Altitude imprint, reaching an important milestone with their 100th track release since the label was formed.
Reaching Altitude launched in 2017 and since its inception the label has been pumping out new talent and showcasing everything from big room bangers to classic trance anthems, allowing their talent to grow in any direction. The label boasts a wide range of artists from the likes of dutch duo AVAO, MatricK, Bobby Neon, TH3 ONE and many more.
For this occasion, we would expect nothing more than the founder of the label MaRLo to create something special to honour this epic achievement and he has done just that.
Now when I first saw the title of this track, I thought it was rather fitting to be part of the 100th release. With a title like ‘For You’ one could argue that it has been created especially for this significant moment giving back to the people.
‘For You’ sees MaRLo team up with vocalist Jantine to create an epic trace anthem. This track sees him bring his signature sound with incredible vocals to match. Not only did MaRLo create an original version of this track, but we have the pleasure of him releasing a tech energy mix, and a little hint it’s my favourite. The tech energy track has everything from deep driving baselines, strong vocals and even a little dash of harder styles showcased. This is truly a track that has it all.
Congratulations to MaRLo and the entire team a Reaching Altitude for this amazing achievement, it’s only onward and upward from here. Let’s hope it’s not long before we see the label reaching its 200th milestone.
