James who? James bloody Hype, that's who!!

You’ve read the title, and you are probably thinking “who is James Hype”. Don’t worry, most of you wouldn’t have heard the name, as he is not a huge here in Australia… YET!

So let me educate you, as I have been following him for some time now, and he is an absolute weapon on the decks.

If you are as passionate as I am about watching DJ’s that have skills out of this world, then trust by the time you have finished reading you will be thanking me!!!

I have been getting on the Hype train for a while, as James has a technique that is out of this world; each time I watch him, I am left jaw dropped by his mixing abilities. So get on board for all the reasons you need to add him to your plans for a Euro Summer 2020.

James is best known for his single "More Than Friends", released July 2017, along with his youtube channel, which has 50k subscribers. James is also a presenter on the late night Thursday show on UK radio station KISS FM.

Now enough with his background, here is WHY you NEED a little more HYPE in your life!!!

Last week James uploaded a killer video to his youtube channel, and I honestly don't know what to say. Watching him work those decks left me speechless with a smile stretched as wide as it could go!

In this video, James has all 4 decks going, as he creates tracks showing pure skill. When mixing the first track, he proceeds to loop it over and over, turning it into a weapon of a song. As the video progress further, I was left wanting more!!! His ability is beyond impressive and his passion really SHINES though.

Many people on YouTube have posted their own videos trying to replicate his technique, which if you are an aspiring DJ, I suggest you jump on board, as you will learn a thing or two.

If you are heading to Europe next summer, be sure to add a festival that has James Hype to the list.
